Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JJ15 Trinkets & Morsels, every treat is handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and love. Because our products are custom-made, we follow a strict policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
- This secures your date and allows us to begin preparing your order.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Refunds
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, including for:
- Change of mind
- Event cancellation
- Personal taste preferences
We take pride in our work and do everything we can to exceed your expectations.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup.
- 50% refund is available for cancellations made 2+ days in advance.
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Shipping
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping (2–3 business days)

Shipping Rates:
- Small Flat Rate Box – $20
- Medium Flat Rate Box – $30
- Large Flat Rate Box – $40
Only select items are eligible for shipping. Please refer to product listings for shipping eligibility.
Order Requirements
- All orders come in a minimum of 1 dozen (12 pieces).

Allergy Notice
Our treats are made in a kitchen that uses dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.
If you or your guests have food allergies or sensitivities, please notify us before placing your order.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available in Cypress, Texas by arrangement.
